体验式心理课课堂教学中“大其心”的教学策略及教学效果初探

摘 要 本文在以往对体验式教学的研究基础上,以体验式心理健康课为模板,探讨了单次体验式心理健康课的开展过程,并从团体心理动力的角度讨论体验式教学的策略和教学效果。在教学过程中借助身体觉知,营建教育主体双向互动氛围,加大教育的合力功能,达到明明德的大学之道。

On the Teaching Strategy and Teaching Effect of "Big Heart" in the

Classroom Teaching of Experiential Psychology

Abstract Based on the previous research on experiential teaching, taking experiential mental health course as the template, this paper discusses the development process of single experiential mental health course, and discusses the strategy and teaching effect of experiential teaching from the perspective of group psychological power. In the teaching process, with the help of physical awareness, build a two-way interactive atmosphere for educational subjects, increase the joint force function of education, and achieve the way of pleasant virtue.
