Abstract:Asanautomatedtransmissiondevicepoweredbycompresedairorvacuumtechnology,thepneumaticlogistics transmissionsystemachievesefcientitemtransportationthroughaclosedpipelinenetworkandelectromechanicalcontrol technology,playingavitaloleintheconstructionofmodernhospitalsispapertakestheGermanSwissogpeuaticlogistics systemintroducedbythehospitalin2O3asanexampletoelaborateonitshardwarecomponents(transportbotles,PVC/ stainlesssteelpipelinenetwork,workstations),powerandcontrolcenter(aircompresorsPLCcontrolsystem),andworking principles(undirectiona/bidirectioaltransmission,inteligntsheuling).Thesysteasstablsdoe-tooneddicatedlins betweenoperatingroomsandpathologydepartments,aswellasamulti-departmentintercommunicationnetworkinthehospital, withadailytransmisionvolumeofhundredsoftimes.Itefectivelyreducesmanpowerwaste,shortenstransmissontime,and allviatesverticaltraficpressure.Meanwhile,aimingattheproblemofhighfailureratecausedbyoperatormisoperations, measuressuchasstandardizedtrainingandoptimizedoperationlabelshavebeenimplemented toreducefailuresandimprove systemstabilityThestudyshowsthatthepneumaticlogisticstransmisionsystemisakeyinfrastructureforimprovingmaterial transportationeficiencyinsarthospitalconstructionandanimportantmeanstoavoidrossinfectionduringitemtrasporation. Itsapplicationand managementrequire thecollaborative optimizationof technicalconfigurationandpersonneltraining.
