Abstract:Intheprocessofdigitaltransfomation,enterprisesarefacedwithcoordinationandintegrationproblemswhen adoptingmulti-vendorstrategySIAMmanagementsystemcameintobeing.SIAMhelpsenterprisesachieveeficientdigitalservice deliveryaceleratesigitaltrasforationadprovidesfectivesuosforterprses‘sevicemanagementinaultdor environmentbyintegratingserviceprovidersandothermeasures.Thispaperaimstoexplorehowtoachieveexpectedservice efectthroughserviceintegrationmanagementinmulti-vendorenvironmentbystudying SIAMmethodologyandcombiningwith enterprisespecific environment,customizing suitableservice integration model framework and implementation strategy.
