Abstract:Thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationoffaultdiagnosisandmaintenanceofindustrialrobotendeffectors, proposesafive-dimensionalclassficationofendefetorfailurefactors,andobtainstheinfuenceofthefive-dimensionalfailure onmaintenancestrategies.Throughmaintenancestrategyanalysiscases,theendefectorsmaintenancestrategyandefectbased onthefailurefactordimensionareanalyzed.Researchshowsthatmaintenancestrategyanalysisinthedimensionoffaultfactors has a significant impact on improving fault diagnosis and maintenance efficiency.
