Abstract：Inthispaper，thevalveseat leakageof large-diameter hard-sealeddoublepiston fixedballvalvesisstudiedand analyzed.Basedonthesealingtestresultsofthewholemachineandcombinedwiththefiniteelementanalysismethod，the valveseatstructureisoptimizedandimprovedtoimprovethesealingperformanceofthevalveseatandmettheleakage requirements of test standards.
