Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialintellgencetechnology，LargeLanguageModels（LM）havemade significantprogressinthefieldofnaturallanguageprocessing.ThispaperdiscusstheapplicationandprospectsofLarge LanguageModelinjudicialtrialasistanescenarios.Byanalyzingthemainscenariosofjudicialtrialassistance，aswellasthe currentsituationandproblemsoftraditioalartificialinteligenetechnologyinteapplicationofjudicialtrialasistance，this paperstudiesthekeytechnologiesandapplicationscenariosoftheLargeLanguageModelintheaplicationofjudicialtrial assistance，revealingitsroleinimprovingadjudicationeficiencyandpromotingjudicialfaiess.ResearchshowsthattheLarge LanguageModelhasbroadaplicationprospectsinjudicialtrialassistance，butitstillneedstobecontiuouslyoptimizednd improved.
