Abstract:China'shydropowerindustryisdevelopingrapidlyandthereisanurgentneedforhigh-qualitytechnicaltalents, buttheexistingtrainingsystemisinsuffcient.Thispaperdesignsadomesticallbasedhydropowerplantautomationtrainingand competitiondevice.Itadoptsmodulardesign,simulatescorescenarios,supportsPLCprogramming,HMIconfigurationandother operations,andhasbothtrainingandcompetitionfunctions.Thedevicefulladoptsdomesticcomponentsandcomponents,which issafeandreliableItrespondstothedomesticsubstitutionstrategyandhasbeensuccesfullyappliedinskillscompetitiosand training,significantlyimprovingstudentspracticalabiliesandprovidingguaranteefortalenttrainingandtechnologicalprogess in the industry.

我国水电行业快速发展,现代化水电厂自动化程度不断提高,但在培训设备和人才培养方面仍存不足:一是缺乏标准化、模块化的培训设备,难以全面模拟复杂场景,培训效果参差不齐;二是培训内容与实际需求脱节,实践环节薄弱,学员核心技能不足,难以满足复合型人才需求;三是行业对高技能人才需求迫切,现有体系难以培养具备操作、诊断、数据分析等综合能力的人才;四是国产替代重要性凸显,培训设备核心元器件长期依赖进口,存在安全隐患。(剩余5273字)
