Abstract：China'shydropowerindustryisdevelopingrapidlyandthereisanurgentneedforhigh-qualitytechnicaltalents， buttheexistingtrainingsystemisinsuffcient.Thispaperdesignsadomesticallbasedhydropowerplantautomationtrainingand competitiondevice.Itadoptsmodulardesign，simulatescorescenarios，supportsPLCprogramming，HMIconfigurationandother operations，andhasbothtrainingandcompetitionfunctions.Thedevicefulladoptsdomesticcomponentsandcomponents，which issafeandreliableItrespondstothedomesticsubstitutionstrategyandhasbeensuccesfullyappliedinskillscompetitiosand training，significantlyimprovingstudentspracticalabiliesandprovidingguaranteefortalenttrainingandtechnologicalprogess in the industry.

我国水电行业快速发展，现代化水电厂自动化程度不断提高，但在培训设备和人才培养方面仍存不足：一是缺乏标准化、模块化的培训设备，难以全面模拟复杂场景，培训效果参差不齐；二是培训内容与实际需求脱节，实践环节薄弱，学员核心技能不足，难以满足复合型人才需求；三是行业对高技能人才需求迫切，现有体系难以培养具备操作、诊断、数据分析等综合能力的人才；四是国产替代重要性凸显，培训设备核心元器件长期依赖进口，存在安全隐患。（剩余5273字）
