Abstract:Inthispaper,anoverallplanofanintellgentinspectionrobotincludingameasurementdevice,amobile platform,acommunicationnetworkandahostcomputercontrolsystemisdesignedtomeetthetemperaturemeasurementand inspectionrequirementsoftherectifyingandflteringdeviceofthepowersystemofanelectrolyticaluminumfactory.Inviewof thespecialenvironmentoftheelectrolyticaluminumfactory,problemssuchassubstandardpositioningacuracyofAGVs,blured imagequalityofPTZ,andshortenedswitch lifehavebeensolved.Throughanti-magneticverification,repeatedpositioning accuracyverificationandinspectionapplicationvification,itisprovedthatteinteligentinspectionrootcanstablymeasure temperatureandclearlyimageinastrongmagneticfieldenvironment,andreplacemanualinspection,improvingthereliability and safety of inspection.
