Abstract：Inordertoimprovetheconstructionqualityofhousingconstructionprojects，thisarticleconductsanin-depth studyoftheapplicationofBIMtechnologyintheconstructionqualitycontrolsystem.BybuildingaBIM-basedconstruction qualtycontrolsystem，pre-，duringandpost-eventcontrolmodulesaredesignedaroundkeyfactorssuchasorganizational personnel，prctocsgticalodsfoatiztioleveldtelonttvesie managementofconstructionquality.Atthesametime，takingahousingconstructionprojectinGuizhou Provinceasanexample， thespecificappicationofBIMtechnologyindrawingreview，collsiondetectin，on-sitedatacollction，qualityproblem management，etc.isdemonstrated，anditsapplicationefectisanalyzed.TheresultsshowthattheappicationofBtechology hassignificantlyreducedqualitymanagementcosts，reducedengineeringchanges，shortenedprojectprogress，andimproved constructionquality.ItisrecommendedthatBIMtechnologybewidelyusedinhousingconstructionqualitycontroltoimprove the overall project quality.
