新工科需求下石油机械专业人才培养模式研究与实践

——以西南石油大学为例

摘  要  以新工科需求下机械工业对人才的新需求和新要求为基础，探索一套新工科需求下石油机械专业人才培养模式。从制定石油机械装备战略性支柱产业人才培养的目标入手，构建战略性支柱产业人才培养模式，对培养和造就大批石油机械装备高素质、应用型创新人才具有重要的理论和现实意义。

leum Machinery Specialty Under Demand of New Engi-neering： Taking Southwest Petroleum University as Exam-

Abstract  Based on the new demand and requirement of ma-

chinery industry for talents under the demand of new engi-

neering， a set of talent training mode of Petroleum Machinery

Specialty under the demand of new engineering is explored. Starting with formulating the goal of talent training in the

strategic pillar industry of petroleum machinery and equip-ment， this paper constructs a talent training mode of the stra-

tegic pillar industry. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for cultivating and bringing up a large number of high-quality and applied innovative talents of pe-troleum machinery equipment.

目前，随着大数据、物联网、人工智能、网络安全等新技术领域的快速发展，节能环保、新兴信息产业、生物产业、新能源、新能源汽车、高端装备制造业和新材料等国家战略性新兴产业正处于跨越式发展的新时期，亟待培养大量工程实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才，以满足新经济发展的需要，这对工程教育的人才培养模式提出更高的要求[1-3]。（剩余4876字）
