基于现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制浅谈技术技能人才培养

摘  要  介绍现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制的基本内涵和异同点，阐述学校和企业通过人员、技术、管理与培养模式四个方面的融合来达到两个学徒制有机融合，实现学校、企业、政府有机协调，发挥各自的作用和优势，促进产教融合，提升技术技能人才培养水平，为国家经济高质量发展提供技能人才支撑。

vation Based on Modern Apprenticeship and New Appren-

Abstract  This paper introduces the basic connotation and

similarities and differences of modern apprenticeship and new

apprenticeship. It expounds that college and enterprises achieve

the organic integration of the two apprenticeship through the

integration of staff， technology， management and training mode， so as to achieve organic coordination of college， enter-prises and government. It is good for playing their respective roles and advantage. It can promote the integration of industry

and education and enhance the level of technology and skills talent cultivation and provide technical personnel support for the high-quality development of the national economy.
