成果导向教育模式下营养与食品卫生学线上教学实践与质量评价

摘  要  以营养与食品卫生学课程为例，以成果导向教育模式指导该课程的线上教学，通过将线上教学实践效果与传统线下教学效果进行对比评价，发现线上教学基本能够实现与线下教学实质等效的教学目标。

Practice and Quality Evaluation of Online Teaching of

Nutrition and Food Hygiene Under Outcom-Based Educa-

tion Mode//WANG Dan， SONG Yu

Abstract  Taking the Nutrition and Food Hygiene course as

an example， the online teaching of the course is guided by Out-

com-Based Education mode. Through the comparative evalu-

ation of the online teaching practice effect and the traditional offline teaching effect， it is found that the online teaching can basically achieve the teaching goal substantially equivalent to the offline teaching.
