高职院校班主任工作实践探究与反思

摘  要  结合近几年班主任工作的实践进行探究和反思，发现结合高职学生在大学三年的不同阶段有重点、有针对性地开展工作，是更好地发挥班主任引领作用的有效途径，从而有助于实现高素质人才的培养。

Abstract  The author has explored and reflected on the prac-tice of head teacher work in recent years， and find that it is an

effective way to play the leading role of head teacher by focu-

sing on the work in different stages of the three years of college

students in higher vocational colleges. Thus， it can contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents.
