[Abstract]Profesor JIAYuhua，a famous Chinese medicine practitionerof Guangdong Province，proposes thepathogenesis theoryofcoronaryheartdiseaseas"liverdepressionandspleendeficiencydamp-heatgeneratingphlegmintertwinedphlegm， stasis，andtoxins"withtecorepathogenesisbeingteintermingleddeficiency，stasis，phlegmandheatobstructingeheart vessels.Heholdsthatthetreatmentshouldfocusoncirculating bloodandtransformingstasis，aswellasclearingheatand removingtoxins，supplementedbyreplenishingqitoeliminatephlegmandregulatingemotionalstates.Basedonthis，hehas developedaseriesoffoulasicludingDingxinForulaI，iqiHoxueTongluoFormulaLiqiXuanbiDecoctionndHuing ZhenxinDecoctionThese formuasareusedtotreatsevenclinicalpattersthrough pattrdiferentiatin，withmodificationsmade according to specific symptoms， demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.

冠心病是一种由于冠状动脉粥样硬化导致管腔狭窄或阻塞，进而引发心肌缺血、缺氧的心脏病《中国心血管健康与疾病报告2024概要》2显示，心血管疾病是我国城乡居民的首要死因，2021年农村、城市心血管疾病死亡占比分别为 48.98% 和47.35% ，约每5例死亡患者中就有2例与之相关。（剩余13702字）
