[Abstract]Inasistedreproductivetechnology，reducingrecurentimplantationfailureandpregnancylossispivotalto improvingconceptionoutcomes.ProfessorYOU Zhaoling，thenational famous TCMphysician，grounding herapproach inthe physiologyofconception，gestationandparturitiontogetherwithvisceralfunction，innovativelyproposesthe"ree-Stageetal NurturingProtocol"ThisprotocolguidesChinesemedicinewhole-coursemanagementforpregnancymaintenanceafterinviro ferilization-embryotransfer（IVF-Eduringimplantationperiodasistconceptionbystrengthennghespleetoscurthe embryo，whilesecondarilytonifyingthekidney；nearlypregnancyconsolidategestationbyprimarilytonifyingthekidneyto stabilizehefetus，whilesecondarilystrengtheningthespleninmid-andlatepregnancynourishthefetusbysimultaneously strengtheningspleenandkidney.Profesor YOUadvocatesthecombineduseofunblockingandtonifying methods，simultaneously regulatingthespleenandkidneytailoring measurestovariousstages，andintegratingChinese medicineswithdietarytherapyThis strategyaimstoincreaseembryoimplantationratesandlivebirthratesinIVF-ETwhilereducingtherisksofadversepregnancy outcomes，offring insights for clinical reproductive challenges such as implantation failure and pregnancy loss.
