[Abstract]BasedontheunderstandingofimmunediseasesinChinesemedicine （CM），andcombinedwiththeanalogical understandingof immunetoleranceandWei-defensiveqi，thispaperproposesguidingthepaterndiferentiationandtreatmntof autoimmueuveitis（AU）withthetheoryof"interalaackbyWei-efensiveqi""IntemalatackbyWei-defensiveqeerstoa statewheretheodysWeidefensiveqiesponsibleforprotectiondeviatesfromitsnalpathfailstopeforitsutis，and losesitsabilitytodiscriminatesultinginitsstagnationandsbsquentintealatckthathasthebodyitselfIAUptints， thereisdisharmonybetween Ying-nutrientqiandWei-defensiveqi，withthe Wei-defensiveqiatackinganddamagingthebodyon itsown.Asthediseaseprogreses，thestagnantWei-defensiveqicombineswithpathologicalproductstoformpathogenicfactors， makingthediseasepersistentanddificulttocure.ThetreatmentofAUshouldfocusonharmonizing YingnutrientsandWeidefensetorestoretolerance，eliminatingpathogenicblockagestodredgestagnantWei-defensiveqiandclearingstagnantWeidefensiveqitopreventabnormalchanges.ThispaperelaboratesonthepathogenesisandtreatmentapproachofAUunderthe theoryof"interalatackbyWei-defensiveqifromalogicalsequenceofmechanism-theorytreatment，providingaerecefor integrating CM pattern diferentiation with modern immune theory for the collaborative treatment of AU.
