[Abstract]ObjectiveToconstructanindicatorsystem formedical students'health-relatedlegal literacy,providinga referenceframeworkforevaluationMethodsDelphimethodwasemployedtoconsult16industryexperts,whiletheAnalytic HierarchyProcess(AHP)wasappliedtodeterminetheindicatorsweights.ResultsAfterthreeroundsofexpertconsultation,an evaluatioindicatorsystemformedicalstudents‘atelatedlegalliteracywasstablishedomprsingfourfirst-levelindcators, 1second-levelidicatos,and4irdevelidicatorseweightsoftefirstleelidicatorsegalcogon,legalining belief intheruleoflawandruleof-law-basedbehaviorinhealthgovemancewereO.224,0231,0.130,and0415,respectively. Among thesecond-levelindicators,thetopfourweighteditemswerelegalmedicalpractice(O62),habitofcomplyingwithmedical regulations(O62)asteryofalthelatedlgalowdge(94),ndawarenessofightsproteion(weight:O93).ie indicatorsattethirdlevelwerethesandardizeddocumentationofsimulatedmedicalrecords(O.O6)abitofadheringtohealth insurancelaws(6),evelfrcogitioforlegaluthoriy(O7lgalomplianceosideratioinulatedliicalisio making(0.05l),andstandardizedcliicalpracticsduringinternships(O.O50).ConclusionTheindicatorsystemconstructedinis studydemonstratesstrongexpertauthorityandhiglightstheprofesionalrequirementsandpracticalorientationforcultivating medicalstudentslegalliteracyHoweveonsideringtheeedforgorouslicatiofurthrevsionsareeqred,folloedby validation through empirical research.
