[Abstract]ObjectiveToconstructanindicatorsystem formedical students'health-relatedlegal literacy，providinga referenceframeworkforevaluationMethodsDelphimethodwasemployedtoconsult16industryexperts，whiletheAnalytic HierarchyProcess（AHP）wasappliedtodeterminetheindicatorsweights.ResultsAfterthreeroundsofexpertconsultation，an evaluatioindicatorsystemformedicalstudents‘atelatedlegalliteracywasstablishedomprsingfourfirst-levelindcators， 1second-levelidicatos，and4irdevelidicatorseweightsoftefirstleelidicatorsegalcogon，legalining belief intheruleoflawandruleof-law-basedbehaviorinhealthgovemancewereO.224，0231，0.130，and0415，respectively. Among thesecond-levelindicators，thetopfourweighteditemswerelegalmedicalpractice（O62），habitofcomplyingwithmedical regulations（O62）asteryofalthelatedlgalowdge（94），ndawarenessofightsproteion（weight：O93）.ie indicatorsattethirdlevelwerethesandardizeddocumentationofsimulatedmedicalrecords（O.O6）abitofadheringtohealth insurancelaws（6），evelfrcogitioforlegaluthoriy（O7lgalomplianceosideratioinulatedliicalisio making（0.05l），andstandardizedcliicalpracticsduringinternships（O.O50）.ConclusionTheindicatorsystemconstructedinis studydemonstratesstrongexpertauthorityandhiglightstheprofesionalrequirementsandpracticalorientationforcultivating medicalstudentslegalliteracyHoweveonsideringtheeedforgorouslicatiofurthrevsionsareeqred，folloedby validation through empirical research.
