[Abstract]Primaryhypothyroidismisasystemicdiseasecharacterizedbyreducedmetabolicfunctioninthebody,andits incidencerateisincreasingyearbyyearAtpresent,themainstayofWestemedicaltreatmentisthyroidhrmonereplacement buttherearestll problemssuchasdiffcultyinadjustingindividualdoses,unstabletherapeuticefectsforsomepatients,and potentialsideefectsoflong-termmedicationChinesemedicine (CM)hascertainadvantagesinthepreventionandtreatmentof hypothyroidism.However,theexistinganimalmodelsof primaryhypothyroidismaremostlylimitedtotheconstructionofasingle Westernmedical pathological indicator,lacking dynamic simulationof Chinese medicine patters,andtheevaluationsystemisnot yetperfectThroughareviewandanalysisofthemechanismsunderlyingdiferentmodelingmethodsforhypothyroidism,thisstudy hascalculatedtheconsistencyrateofChineseandWestern medicalindicators involvedinthesemethods,evaluatedtheadvantages anddisadvantagesofachmethodaswellastheirompatibilitywithCMpaterntypes,ndproposeddirectionsforimproventIt aimstoprovideatheoreticalbasisforconstructingamoreclinicallyrelevantcombineddisease-paternhypothyroidismmodelof integratedChineseand Westernmedicine,andtoasistinthemechanismresearchand precisepreventionandtreatmentofprimary hypothyroidism.
