[Abstract]Tubal infertilityisacommonandfrequentlyocurrng disease thatsignificantlyimpactsfemalereproductive healthandsafety.Basedonthereproductivetheoryof"uterus-centeredfivezangorgansintegrationview"inChinesemedicine （CM），thispapersystematicallyexploresawholecouseinterventionwithintegratedChineseandWestemmedicineinassiste reproductivetechnolgyfortubalinfertility.ProfesorYOUZhaolingproposesthatthecorepathogenesisistheimpaimentof the colateralsandobstructionofthemeridiansintheuterus（falopiantubes）ndhasestablishdthecomprehensivefourstagend four-phase"treatmentsystemthatintegratesandrfiesthefourstagediagosis-reatmentmanagementprotocol（ProtocolsA，B，C andD）.ProtocolA（CMPreconceptionRegulationandTreatment Protocol）：Guidedbythetherapeuticprinciplesof"regulatingqito dredgecolaterals，resolvingstagnationtounblockmeridians，"itadoptsamodifiedYOU'sFuyanFormulaProtocolB（Fertility AssistanceProtocol）：Anappropriateoocyteretrievalprotocolisselectedbasedonthespecificconditionofthediseaseandthe embryotransfertimingisdeterminedusingthree-dimensionaltransvaginalultrasonographyProtocolC（SurgicalProtocol）：The treatmentprincipleistointegrateeliminationandtonificationombiningintealandextealterapeuticappoachestooten thetreatmentcourse.ProtocolD（CMProtocolforAntenatal CareAfterConception）：Itfocusesondredgingcolateralsandnurturing thefetusasthebasictherapeuticmethodwithamodifiedYOU'sFetalNourishingFormula.ByanalyzingtheCMpathogenesisof tubalinfertilityaphasedandcosedloopdiagnosisandreatmentapproachintegratingChineseandWestenmedicineisdopted toguideclinicalprescriptionandmedication.Throughintegratedinternalandexternaltreatmentandphasedmanagement，the fallopian tube microenvironment is improved， and the pregnancy success rate is enhanced.
