[Abstract]Buning mouth syndrome （BMS）is a common oral mucosaldisorder in clinical practice，especiall prevalent among perimenopausalwomenItoftenrecursandisdiffculttocure，severelyafectingpatientshealthandqualityoflife.Professor HUANGYahuibelievesthattheonsetof thisdiseaseiscloselyrelatedtothezang-fuorgandysfunctionandessenceand blood deficiencyinperimenopausal women.Themainpathogenesisinvolvesdeficiencyofthezng-fuorgans，leadingtoinsuffciencyof essenceandblod，whichintumcausesascendingdeficientfirethatscorchesthemouthandtongue.Itpresentsapattemof deficiencyinotdecssianesatiosreforeinramentrofessrHfouseoelipleedd emphasizingthecordinationofthezang-fuorgansandthenourishmentofessenceandbloodtopromotetherecoveryofzang-fu functions （addresingtherootcause），whilesimultaneouslysubduingtheascendingdeficientfire（treatingthemanifestations）.This approachadresesbothrotcauseandmanifestations，andintegratesintermalregulationwithexternalsymptommanagement resulting in excellnt therapeutic outcomes.A verified medical record isprovided as supporting evidence.
