[Abstract]ProfessrYOU Zhaoling hassummarized the Chinese medicine external treatmentstrategies forfemale reproductivedisordersbasedonthetheoreticalframeworkof the"ReproductiveDouble-LoopNetwork."Thetreatmentplanfeatures atrinitytherapyof "acupuncture，moxibustion，andauricularacupressure""Acupuncture"dynamicallyregulates themenstrualcycle anchoredinthe18acupointsforfemalereproduction，andtheacupuncturestrategyisadjustedacording tothephasesof the menstrualcycle."Moxbustion"implementsstratifiedinterventionbasedondiferentreproductivedisoders，itdistllseot moxibustiononreproductiveacupoints，linearmoxibustionalongreproductivemeridians，andregionalmoxibustionoverthelower abdomentoformatreatment systemwithcomprehensivecoverage."Auricularacupressure"assists inconsolidatingtherotfoundation. Areproductiveaxisauricularpointclusterisestablishedandauricularseedacupressue isapliedthroughout theentirecouseof reproductiveendocrineregulationThetreatmentplanoperates troughasynergistcmodelof"acupunctureasthecore，moxibustion forenhancementauricularacupressureforconsolidation"fullleveragingthedistinctivestrengthsofeachmodality.heclinical outcomes have been highly satisfactory， warranting widespread clinical adoption.
