[Abstract]Atrialfibrilltion（AF）isacommonatrialtachyarrhythmiaandasignificantriskfactorforstroke，heartfailure， myocardialinfarction，andotherdiseases.Itsincidenceisrisingyearbyyear，posingaseriousthreattonationalhealthLI Dongyuanproposedthetheoryof"yinfireandYuan-primordialqicanotcoexist"Basedonthistheorythispaperbelievesthat theimbalancebetweenYuan-primordialqiandyinfireisthecorepathogenesisintheonsetandprogressonofAF.Byintegating the"splen-mitochondriacorelation"thorythispaperelaboratesontheconnetionsbetween"Yuan-primordialqideficiencyand mitochondrialdysfunction""internalgenerationofyinfireandoxidativestress"and"qiandfireimbalanceandcardiac remodeling"ItisproposedthatintheinitialstageofAF，emphasisshouldbeplacedontreatingtherotcauseofthedisease， tonifyingthesplenandsuplementingqitpreventteenerationofyinfire;inteprogessvestageofAFaenionshouldalso bepaidtotreatingthemanifestations，ascendingyanganddispersingfretopreventtheqiconsumption.Thisapproachaimsto broaden the ideas for the precise prevention and treatment of AF with Chinese medicine.
