[Abstract]Ucerativecolitis（UC）isachronicandrelapsing intestinaldisease，theimpactofwhichextendsbeyondlocal intestinaldmagetosystemicmultisystemcomplicatios，posingsignificantthreatstopatients‘healthandqualityoflife.Trough long-termclinicalpractice，ProfesorLHuizhenhasdevelopeduniquetherapeuticinsights.Sheidentifiesthediseaselocationin theintestines，withpathogenesiscenteredonspleendeficiencyastheroot，damp-eatandstasis-toxinasthemanifestatiosand withliverdepressonrestrictingspleenandspeendisodersfectinghekidneyastepathologicaltransmissin.Thisresulsina pathologicalpateofdeficiencyinotwithexcessinmanifestationsndcombinedcoldandheatFortreatment，ProfessorI emphasizesregulatingthespleenandrestoringitsfunctionasthefoundation，whilepriorizingthorougheliminationofpathogens， liverregulaonandidneywaringskeyprnciples.Clincallshestrictlderstodiferentiaionofpathogensis，fleibly combiningtherapeuticmethodssuchassupplementingqitransformingdampnes，sothingtheliver，warmingyang，andcirculating blood，achieving remarkable clinical efficacy.

溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerativecolitis，UC）是一种病因未明的炎症性肠病（inflammatorybowel disease，IBD），病变主要累及结肠和直肠，以结肠黏膜持续炎症及溃疡形成为特征，多从直肠向近端结肠蔓延该病好发于青壮年，临床以反复发作的腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便及里急后重感为主要表现。（剩余6260字）
