[Abstract]Myasthenia gravis （MG）falswithinthescopeof "wei-flaciditydisorders"inChinese Medicine，characterizedby flacid limbsandsinewsaswellasmuscularatrophyandweakness withlossorimpairmentoffunctions.Thispaper introducesthe therapeuticmethodof"tonifyingthekidneyunblockingtheDumeridian，andelevatingyang."Basedonthetheoreticalframework ofthe"kidney-Dumeridian-yangqi"axis，afunctionaltransformationsystemisconstructed："suficientessencereplenishesthe marrow，abundantmarownourishestheDumeridian，anunobstructedDumeridianensuressmoth flowofyangqi，andbalanced yangqiharmonizesthesinews."TistreatmenttargetsMGsintrinsicnatureof"deficiencyinrootwithexcessinmanifestations" addressingboththerootdeficiencyofthekidneyDumeridian，yangqiandessence，aswellasthemanifestationsoftheDu meridianobstructionThetreatmentfocusesonreplenishingessnceandstrengtheningthebodytorestorecongenitaldeficiency， regulatingtheDumeridiantounblocktheflowofyangqiandelevatingyangandliftingthesinkingmiddleqitorestorethe distributionofclearyang.Thisapproachdemonstratesuniqueadvantagesinallviatingsymptomsassociatedwithyangqideficiency andimpairedclearyangqicirculation，suchasfatigue，aversiontocoldwithcoldlimbs，droopingeyelidandbowedhead.By reconstructingthephysiologicalcycleof"essencesuficiency-Dumeridianuobstruction-yangqidistribution，"themethodof"
