Research on the Development Status and Optimization pathways for NewR&D Institutionsin Henan Province

Abstract： [Purposes] This study takes the new R&D institutions in Henan Province as the research object，analyzing their development status，identifying existing challnges，and proposing optimization pathways.[Methods] Based on the analysis of the development status of new R&D institutions in Henan Province， this study found that they have made notable progress in talent development，R&D innovation， and industrial activities，but several challnges remain in their development.[Findings] The study revealed that new R&D institutions in Henan Province suffer from evident deficiencies in the development of institutional mechanisms，inadequate eficiency in resource allcation，shortcomings in talent team building，and the need to improve the policy support system.[Conclusions] Based on this，this article proposes optimization pathways from four aspects： policy support， institutional mechanism innovation， industry-university-research collaboration，and talent recritment and cultivation.The provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of new R&D institutions in Henan Province.
