Exploring the Development strategies for Smart Learning Communities in Application-OrientedUniversities

Abstract:[Purposes]This study aims to analyze the concept,connotation,and existing issues in the development of smart learning communities in higher education institutions,and propose specific strategies for designing and developing smart learning communities.[Methods]By reviewing domestic implementations in resource development,technical standards,data security,and privacy protection within smart learning communities,this study summarizes current methodologies and strategies.[Findings] The findings identify challenges in higher education smart learning development such as inconsistent technical standards,absence of standardized norms,deficiencies in learning support mechanisms and inadequate emphasis on data security and privacy protection.[Conclusions] Specific implementation measures are proposed to guide the design and development of smart learning communities in higher education institutions.The proposed measures involve establishing an intelligent data analysis service platform to assist in precise education,creating a "one-stop" smart learning community,innovating a new paradigm of smart education,and facilitating student development and academic success.
