Analysis and Solution for Leakage in Regenerative Heaters of 6oo MW Thermal PowerUnitTurbines

Abstract: [Purposes] To analyze leakage issues in 6OO MW thermal power unit regenerative heaters and explore effective solutions.[Methods] Field investigations and case studies were conducted to systematically summarize leakage causes in regenerative heaters.Actual operational data from a power plant were analyzed to investigate leakage mechanisms and verify preventive measures.[Findings] Four main leakage factors were identified: internal corrosion,mechanical damage,operational fluctuations,and improper maintenance. Corresponding systematic solutions were proposed,including water quality optimization control, mechanical damage prevention, operating parameter optimization, and preventive maintenance.[Conclusions] Comprehensive prevention and control measures can effctively reduce leakage risks,ensuring stable equipment operation and long-term reliable power supply for the power unit.
