Research on Strategies for Empowering Regional Collaborative Innovation through Zhengzhou's Large-Scale Instrument Sharing Platform

Abstract:[Purposes] Taking the large-scale instrument sharing platform in the Zhengzhou as a case study,this research aims to explore a new model for the open sharing,application,interaction,and collaboration of large-scale instruments based on a digital foundation.The goal is to facilitate precise matching between innovation demands and innovation resources.[Methods] Through literature review andfield investigations,this study conducts a comparative analysis of experiences from other cities and examines the development of the large-scale scientific instrument sharing platform in the Zhengzhou.Existing challenges are identified,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.[Findings]The sharingand service mechanisms for large-scale instruments face issues including fragmented platforms,isolated innovation resources,tacit innovation knowledge and sluggish response to innovation demands. [Conclusions] Large-scale instruments should serve as indicators of innovation resource distribution, connectors for demand-supply matching and enablers of collaborative ecosystems.By integrating AI empowerment and optimizing institutional mechanisms,such platforms can further catalyze regional collaborativeinnovation.
