191S不饱和聚酯树脂总酸值测试方法研究

Research on the Determination of Total Acid Value of 191SUnsaturated Polyester Resin

Abstract:[Purposes] This study focuses on the optimization of the total acid value determination method for 191S unsaturated polyester resin.[Methods] We selected pyridine,methyl ethyl ketone,a mixed solution of water and acetone (according to GB/T 2895—20O8 standard method) as reagents.The acid value was determined by titration using a potassium hydroxide-ethanol standard solution with varying amounts of acetone, and the methods were evaluated in terms of accuracy,precision, measurement uncertainty,and environmental protection.[Findings] The results show that when using acetone as the reagent for acid value determination, therepeatabilityvariation is less than O.1 mg/g.At the same time,acetone has higher precision.No significant diferences were observed in terms of accuracy and uncertainty between the two reagents.Considering the environmental protection and cost efficiency 30mL of acetone was ultimately selected as the optimal solvent. [Conclusions]Weselected 30mL acetone as the solvent.The measured total acid value of the unsaturated polyester resin complies with the Chinese National Standard GB/T 2895—2OO8 "Plastics-Polyester Resins - Determination of Partial Acid Value and Total Acid Value".This method demonstrates high precision and balances environmental protection and conservation.
