导师参与研究生党建工作的创新机制探究

——以同济大学为例

摘  要：研究生党建工作是高校进行思政教育的有效载体，当前导师参与研究生党建工作需求迫切但机制薄弱，该文提出通过打造全链条式党建引领体系、推动以学风促党建支部设置等方式，推进党建制度落实，创新师生共建机制，以期为导师参与研究生党建工作挖潜力、注活力、添动力。

Abstract： The Party building work of postgraduate studentsis an effective carrier for ideological and political education in universities. Currently supervisors have a strong demand for participating in the postgraduate Party building work but the mechanism is relatively weak. This paper proposed the implementation of Party building system， which devised a novel teacher-student co-construction mechanism， in order to tap potentials， bring vigor and enrich motivation for supervisors to participate in postgraduate Party building work.
