AbstractObjective：Toexploretheinfluenceofcontinuous nursingontheself-managementabiltyandblooduricacidlevelof dischargedpatientswithgoutMethods：AtotalofOgoutpatientstreatedintheheumatologandimmunologydepartmentofeay gradeAhospitalinShanxiprovicefromMarch2O23toSeptember2O24 wereselectedas theresearchsubjectsAllcases wererandomly divided intocontrolgroupandoservationgroup，OOcaseseach.Patients inthecontrolgroupreceivedtheconventionalnursingmodel. Patients intheobservationgroupreceivedthecontinuousnursing interventionforgoutbasedontheWeChatofialacountbesidesthe conventionalnursing.Theself-managementabilityandblooduricacidlevelofthetwogroupsofpatientswerecomparedbeforethe interventionandat3monthsand6monthsaftertheintervention.Results：Twopatientsinthobservatiogroupandthreepatientsinthe controlgrouperelsttofloupEventuall，98patietsinteservationrouompletedtestudynd97atientsintol groupcompletedthestudy.Aftertheintervention，thetimeeffect，intergroupefectand interactionefectof theself-management ability scoresandblooduricacidlevelofthetwogroupsofpatientswere statisticallsignificant.Moreover，at3monthsand6months aftertheintervetion，teselfmanagementabilityscoresandblooduricacidlevelofteoservationgrouperebetethantoseofthe control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：Continuous nursing for discharged gout patients was helpful to enhance their self-management ability，and to reduce blood uric acid levels.
