AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectoffamilynursedietarytherapyprogrambasedonfamilynursedietarytherapytheory in postoperativepatientswithlowerlimbarteriosclerosisobliterans.Methods：Atotalof56postoperativepatientswithlowerlimb arteriosclerosisoiteransatatertiary gradeAhospitalinShanxiprovincefrom March224toOctober224wereselectedasthestudy subjects.Theyweredividedintocontrolgoupandinterventiongroupbyusingrandomnumbertablemethod，28caseseach.Tecotrol groupreceivedonvetionaldietaryinterventionhiletheinterventiongroupeceivedafamilyursedetaryterapyprogram.eakle brachialdex（AB）oodlipidlevels，activeproteinlevelsomoysteinelevelsdyeghtnddyassidexeead betwenthetwogroupsafte3OdaysofiterventioResults：Compaedwithforetheintervention，intersofteanklebachaldex， totalcholesteolgsitpoteiool，actietedoeielsieod improvements after 3Odays of intervention.There were statistically significant diferences between the two groups P<0.05 ）.After30 daysofintervetion，tesoftekleracialidexandigdensitylpoproteiolesterolevelsiteitervetiogopere higherthantoseinthecontrolgroup，whilethebodymassindexwaslower.Therewerestatisticallysignificantdiferencesbetweenthe two groups（ P<0.05⋅ 0.Conclusions：The family nurse dietary therapy program has a positive effect on improving the periphera arterial bloodflowinpostoperativepatientsithowerlbrteriolerosisiteashicherifiedtheefecivenesoftefilyursedetay therapy theory.
