AbstractObjective：TotranslatethePresenteismScaleinNursingintoChineseandtotestitsreliabilityandvalidityMetos：The scalewastranslatedbasedonteBrislnbacktranslationmodel.Onthebasisofexpertinquiriesandpresurveys，thescalewascultualy adaptedtoformtheChineseversionofthePresenteeism ScaleinNursing.Atotalof4O6nursesfromatertiarygradeAhospitalinHenan province wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.TheChineseversionof thePresenteismScaleinNursingwasusedfortheinvestigation totestitsreliabilityandvaliditylevelResults：TheChineseversionofPresenteismScaleinNursingincuded3dimensionsand7items. TheCronbach'scoficentoftesalewasO.896.hesplitlfoeficentas.88.AndthetestretestrelabilityasO886et levelcontentvalidityindex（I-CVI）rangedfromO.859to1.o.Andthescale-levelcontentvalidity index（S-CVI）was0.894.Exploatory factor analysis extracted three common factors.And the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 84.309% . The results of confirmatoryfactoranalysisshowedthat themodelfitwell.Conclusions：TheChineseversionofPresenteismScaleinNursinghasgood reliability and validity.It could be used to measure the presenteeism behavior of nurses.
