Construction of tube feeding dependent home withdrawal program for critically ill patients after enteral nutrition therapy

AbstractObjective：Toestablishthetubefeedingdependenthomewithdrawalprogramforcriticallillpatientsafterenteralutrition therapy.ToasistpatientsinearlyoralfedingandtoavoidtubefeedingthatisnotmedicallnecessaryMethods：Throughliterature retrievalandgroudiscusion，theinitialdraftoftheplanwasdrafted.ThefinalplanwasformedbyexpertconsultationusingheDelphi methodAndtheplanwasembedded intheSmartfollow-upplatformforfeasibilityandefectivenessverification.Results：Atotalof 24 expertscompleted two rounds of inquiries.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 95.8% and （20 100% respectively.TheexpertauthoritycoeffcientswasO.87.The Kendal's Concordiacoefficientsforthe importanceof expert inquiries were 0.273 and O.365 respectively（both P<0.001 ）.And theKendal's Concordia coefficients for feasibility were O.165 and 0.276 respectively（both P<0.001 ）.The constructed plan included 3 first-level items，1l second-level items and 42 third-level items. Conclusions：Thetubefeedingdependenthomewithdrawalprogamforcriallyillpatientsafterenteralutrionterapywassientific and feasible.It could provide reference for home-based withdrawal of patients with tube feeding dependence.
