AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplicationeffectoffollow-upmanagementbasedontheintegrated theoryofhealthbehavior change noutpatientsundergoinghmodialysis.Methods：Byusingtheconveniencesampling method，atotalof66outpatientsudgoing hemodialysisinatertiarygradeAhospitalinSanxiprovincefromApriltoAugust2O24wereselectedastheresearchsubjectsand randomlydividedintocontrolgroupandinterventiongroup，withcases ineach.Thepatientsincontrolgoupreceivedroutiecareand thepatients ininterventiongroupimplementedflowupmanagementinterventionplanbasedonteintegratedtheoryofhealthbehavior changeonthebasisofroutinecare.Theinterdialyticightginatebectiebochemicalidicatorsserumpotasium，ecalcum， serumphosphousruin，moglobn），ealthlitacylvel，selfaagementvelndtreatentoplacefctofth groupsbefore theinterventionandat3monthsand6monthsaftertheinterventionwerecompared.Results：Tetimeefect，integoup effectanditeractiectoftedalyticightateetihcalicatosalthliacylvelselaagel and treatment compliance of the two groups were statistically significant （P<0.05） .At 3 months and 6 months after the intervention，all indicators of the intervention group were better than those in control group （P<0.05） .Conclusions：Follow-up management based on the integratedtheoryofhealthbehaviorchangecouldehancethealthliteracylevelselfmanagementabilityandtreatmentcomplnceof outpatientsudergongmodalyisndeduceintedalytcweighginateandbloodpotassmlevelsduringdalysis，proel and phosphorus metabolism and nutritional status.
