AbstractObjective:Toexplore thefeasibilityofdiseasediagnosisrelatedgroups innursingperformancemanagementbyestablishinga mathematicalmodelMethds:Thefirstpageinformationsofmedicalrecordsof1OOOOpatientsfrom32departmentsinourhospitalfrom February2022toDecember2O23 wereselectedandsummarized.Basedonthe groupingschemereleasedbytheNationalQualityControl CenteforDiagnosselatedGroups,teanksumratiR)methodwasadoptedtoconstructheevauationmodelofdagoiselated groups.Results:Thetop8departments intersofRSRbeforebeingincludedinthediseasediagnosisrelatedgroupsshoweddiferences intreatment dificulty(CM)andnursing intensity.Takingtheintensivecareuit(ICU)andthecardiaccareunit(CCU)asexamples,they performedrelatielywellitsofCMandnursingintensity.Themergencydepartent,ntheoherhand,asrelativelyoutstading intermsofservicebreadth(thenumberofdiagnosisrelatedgroups).Afterthediseasediagnosis-relatedgroups,boththeCCUandthe departmentofcardiologyrankedinthetoptwointermsofRSR.Comparedwithbeforebeingicludedinthediseasediagnosisrelated groups,theirRSRall increasedCoclusions:Diseasediagnosis-relatedgroupscouldvisuallypresentthediferencesintreatment dificultyursingintesityandsericebradthamongdepartments.enusedinursingerformancemanagement,diseasedagosis related groups could provide strong basis for the reasonable assessment of the value of nursing work.
