AbstractObjective：Toanalytheinfluencngfactosoftewillngnessofpatientswithoronaryartiseasetoparticipateinpase cardiacrehabilatioaftersurgeryMetos：Byusingteonveencesamplingmethod，9ostopeatiepantswithooayhart diseasewhoparticipatediphaseardiacehabliatioitedepartmentofardovasularmeicieofFstHospitalofhaiMedical UniversityfromJanuarytoJune2O24wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.Thegeneral informationquestionaireofpatients，the TampaScaleforKinesiophobiaHeart（TSK-SVHeart），andtheMultidimensionalScaleofPerceivedSocialupport（MSPS）wereused fortheinvestigatitoalyeteifluecingfactorsofteillngnesofpatietsitoroaryartdseasetoparticipateias cardiac rehabilitation after surgery.Results：Among the119 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease，94 cases 79% ）werewilling to continue participating in phase II cardiac rehabilitation，while 25 cases 21% ）were unwilling to continue participating in phase II cardiac rehabitio.sultsofogisticegesioanalyssshoedateducatiallevelK-VHeartsoeSsorendeay hospitalehabilitatiotiereteifluecigfctosoftilingssofptintsithoroaryartdiseasetoparticipateinse cardiac rehabilitationafter surgery .-0.05， 0.Conclusions：Medical staff could take targeted measures for patients with low educational attainment，lcialrt，ooaspialbndesetaetillgssofe patients with coronary heart disease to participate in phase II cardiac rehabilitation.
