AbstractObjective：Tostablishanevaluationindexsystemforcorecompetenceofmasterofnursing specialistintheoperatingroom. Methods：Throughliteraturereviewandsemi-structuredinterview methods，apreliminaryevaluationindexsystemforcorecompetenceof masterof nursingspecialist intheoperatingroomwas formed.TheDelphi methodandtheanalytichierarchy process wereadoptedto determinetheevaluation indicatorsandtheir weights.Results：Atotalof tworoundsofexpert inquirieswereconducted.Theffective recovery rate of the questionnaire in the first round was 89.7% ，and that in the second round was 100.0% .The expert authority coefficient was O.91.The Kendall's coeffcients of the two rounds of expert inquiries were O.262-0.305 and respectively. The final constructedevaluationindexsystemforcorecompetenceofmasterofnursingspecialistintheoperatingroomincluded4first-level indicators，17second-levelindicatorsand74thid-levelindicators.Conclusios：Theconstructedvaluationindexsytemforcoe competenceofmasterofnursingspecialistiteoperatingrmadspecializedcharacteristicsadrationaltyItcouldprovideetical reference for the professional training of master of nursing specialist in the operating room direction.
