AbstractObjetie：Toexplorethepotentialcategoriesofdseaseriskperceptioninyoungpatients withhypertension，ndtoaalyze therelationshipbetweendiseaseriskperceptionandtheriskofcardiovasculardiseaseonset，soastoprovidebasisforforulating personalizedriskcommunicationstrategies.Methods：Atotalof327youngpatientswithhypertensionfrom3tertiarygradeAgeneral hospitals inHubei provincewereselectedas theresearchsubjects.Thegeneralinformationquestionnaire，Non-CommunicableDiseases PerceivedRisk（NCD-PR）andtheoverallriskassessmenttolforcardiovasulardiseaseswereusedtoivestigateyoungpatietswith hypertensionResults：hdiseaseriskperceptonsoreofyoungypertensiepantsas59O（52Oo64.O）.Latentprofilalyis showedthatdiseaseriskperceptionofyoungpatientswithhypertensioncouldbedividedintothreecategories：pereptiondisordertype low disease risk perception group （10.4% ），normal type-moderate disease risk perception group （76.1%） ，and active action type-high disease risk perception group （13.5% ）.The potential categories of disease risk perception in young patients with hypertension were negativelycorelatedwiththeO-yearriskassessmentofcardiovasculardiseasesandthelifetimeriskofcardiovasculardiseases P< O.0O1）.Theresultsoftheregresionanalysisshowedthatfamilyhistoryofcardiovascularandcerebrovasculardiseaseswasthe influencing factors of the potential category of disease risk perception in young hypertensive patients ...<0.05 0.Conclusions：The disease risk perceptionofyoungpatientswithhypertensionwasatamediumlevel，butitwashterogeneous.Diseaseriskperceptionwasan importantinfluencingfactorfortheriskofcardiovasculardiseaseoset.Medicalstaffcouldformulatepreciseandpersonalizedrisk communicationstrategies basedonthepotentialcategoriesof diseaserisk perception，toimprovethediseasecognitionofyoung hypertensive patients and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease onset.
