AbstractObjetive：Tounderstandthecognitionandatitudeofpsychiatricnurses towardstheparticipationofpatientswithsevere mentaldisordersinsareddecision-makingsostoprovidesupportfrpromotigtheaplicationofsareddecision-makinginphatric nursingpractice.Methods：FromApriltoJune2O24，16front-lneclinicalnursesfromatertiarygradeAhospitalinHuaiancitywere selectedforsemi-structuredinterviews.TheinterviewdatawereanalyzedusingtheColaizi7stepanalysismethod.Results：totalof threethemes wereextracted：thecognitionofpsychiatricnursesontheparticipationofpatientswithsevere mentaldisordersinshared decisionmaking，thediversityofatitudes towardstheparticipationofpatients withsevere mentaldisordersinshareddecision-aking， andtheinsuffciencyandsuggestionsofteapicationofshareddecisionmakinginpatientswithseverementaldisordersConcusions： PsychiatricnursesgeneallecogzethimportaneofpatintswithseverementalsodesparticipatingishareddecisiomakigItis suggestedtoforamulti-isciplinaryteamimprovetheimplementationofthesharedecision-makingsupportsytem，inderto promote the implementation of shared decision-making among patients with severe mental disorders
