AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectsofthedietaryplanconstructedbasedonfamilynursedietarytherapytheoryonantiiflammation，tioxidation，etabolicgulationandimunefunctioninpatintsithalergicnitisMethods：Atotalof6atits withalergicrinishovitedtheENToutpatientdepartmentofatertiarygradeAhospitaliShanxiprovincefromSeptemberto December2O24wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup（33cases）.Theintervention group（33 cases）.The control group was given Family substitute tea combined with dietary care.The intervention group was given Family substitute tea combined with dietary care.The body weight，immunity，inflammation，oxidative stress and metabolicindicatorsofthetwogroupswerecomparedafter6weeksof intervention.Results：After6weeksof intervention，the improvement effectof hypersensitive C-reactive protein in thecontrol group was beterthan that in the intervention group （P<0.05） .The scores of TNSS and RQLQ in the intervention group were lower those that in the control group（ ...<0.05 0.Therewerestatistically significantdierecesiteecreaseamplitudesofodyweght，Msceralfateaadbodyfatasetweethegoup（ P< 0.05）.Conclusisetousofaryplansveiicantipovtctsouitmtioati andmetabolicidicatorsofpatentsithalergicnitis，furthonfiingefectivenesandapabiltoftefmilursedeta therapy theory inthe intervention of allergic rhinitis.
