AbstractObjective:Toconstructtheacademicnormawarenesstrainingprogramformasterofnursingstudentsbasedonthecognitiveknowledgesystemmodel.Methods:Throughliteraturereviewandsmi-structured interviews,theintialdraftoftheacademicnorm awareness traiing program formasterofnursingstudentsbasedonthecognitive-knowledgesystemmodelwasformed.AndtheDelphi methodwasusedforitemscreeningandmodifcationResults:Atotaloftworoundsofexpertinquirieswereconducted.Theffective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 93.75% and 100.00% respectively.The expert authority coefficients were O.84 and O.87.And the Kendall harmony coeficients were O.194 and 0.208(all P<0.001 ).The final the academic norm awareness training program formasterofnursingstudentsbasedonthecognitive-knowledgesystemmodelincluded3first-levelitems,9second-levelitemsad28 third-levelitems.Conclusions:Theconstructedacademicnomawareness raining program formasterofnursingstudents basedonthe cognitive-knowledgesystem modelwasscientificandreliable.Itcouldprovidereferencefortheconstructionof theacademic norm awareness of postgraduate students in China.
