AbstractObjective：Toconstructtheacademicnormawarenesstrainingprogramformasterofnursingstudentsbasedonthecognitiveknowledgesystemmodel.Methods：Throughliteraturereviewandsmi-structured interviews，theintialdraftoftheacademicnorm awareness traiing program formasterofnursingstudentsbasedonthecognitive-knowledgesystemmodelwasformed.AndtheDelphi methodwasusedforitemscreeningandmodifcationResults：Atotaloftworoundsofexpertinquirieswereconducted.Theffective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 93.75% and 100.00% respectively.The expert authority coefficients were O.84 and O.87.And the Kendall harmony coeficients were O.194 and 0.208（all P<0.001 ）.The final the academic norm awareness training program formasterofnursingstudentsbasedonthecognitive-knowledgesystemmodelincluded3first-levelitems，9second-levelitemsad28 third-levelitems.Conclusions：Theconstructedacademicnomawareness raining program formasterofnursingstudents basedonthe cognitive-knowledgesystem modelwasscientificandreliable.Itcouldprovidereferencefortheconstructionof theacademic norm awareness of postgraduate students in China.
