Abstract  This paper described the status quo and assessment tools of readiness for hospital discharge in patients with gastric cancer after surgery，and summarized the influencing factors such as demographic factors，nutritional status，quality of discharge guidance and level of social support.And it discussed the measures to improve the readiness for hospital discharge of gastric cancer patients after surgery from the perspectives of making patient⁃centered discharge plan，improving the quality of discharge guidance，providing nutritional guidance and intervention，and establishing a supportive environment of hospital⁃family⁃society.In order to improve the readiness for hospital discharge of patients with gastric cancer and provide references for clinical intervention studies.

摘要  阐述了胃癌术后病人出院准备度现状及评估工具，对人口学因素、营养状况、出院指导质量和社会支持水平等影响因素进行总结，并从制订以病人为中心的出院计划、提高出院指导质量、提供营养指导与干预、建立医院⁃家庭⁃社会支持性环境等不同角度对提高胃癌术后病人出院准备度的措施进行了讨论，以期提高胃癌病人的出院准备度水平，为临床开展干预性研究提供参考。（剩余10479字）
