Effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract  Objective：To evaluate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing coronary artery stenting during perioperative period.Methods：A total of 160 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received coronary artery stenting in our hospital from January to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group，80 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing during perioperative period，and patients in the intervention group received cardiac rehabilitation nursing operations on the basis of routine nursing.Outpatient follow⁃up，medication awareness，sleep quality，anxiety score and postoperative short⁃term complications were compared between the two groups.Results：The rate of outpatient follow⁃up and medication awareness in the intervention group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The anxiety score，sleep quality score，complication rate and hospitalization days in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusions：Cardiac rehabilitation nursing for acute myocardial infarction patients during perioperative period of coronary artery stenting can reduce the anxiety of patients and improve their sleep and quality of life.
