Abstract  This paper discussed the concepts related to cancer survivors and continuous care，reviewed the current situation，influencing factors and contents of the continuous care needs of thyroid cancer survivors，and summarized the application of "Internet +" in the continuous care of thyroid cancer survivors，in order to provide references for the formulation of individualized home care interventions.

摘要  探讨癌症幸存者及延续性照护相关概念，综述甲状腺癌幸存者延续性照护需求现状、影响因素及照护需求内容，总结了“互联网+”在甲状腺癌幸存者延续性照护中的应用，以期为制定个体化的居家照护干预提供参考。（剩余10909字）
