Interpretation of "Guideline on multimodal rehabilitation for patients with post⁃intensive care syndrome"

Abstract  This article interpreted the "Guideline on multimodal rehabilitation for patients with post⁃intensive care syndrome".Main interventions included early mobilization，physical therapy，management of dysphagia of tracheostomy patients，cognitive therapies，delirium prevention and therapy，psychotherapy，and ICU diaries，so as to provide intervention guidance on post⁃intensive care syndrome for Chinese ICU healthcare professionals，thus improve health outcomes and quality of life in patients survived from ICU.

摘要  对《ICU后综合征多模式康复指南》进行解读，包括早期活动、物理治疗、吞咽困难的管理、认知训练、谵妄预防和治疗、心理治疗、重症监护室（ICU）日记，以期为国内ICU工作者提供ICU后综合征的康复治疗指导，改善ICU转出病人的健康结局和生活质量。（剩余11003字）
