健康老龄化背景下老年护理模式现状与展望

Current situation and prospect of nursing model for the aged under the background of healthy aging

Abstract  This article described the current situation of population aging，the current situation of geriatric institutions，the current situation of the development of geriatric nurses and the current situation of geriatric nursing model in China，analyzed the problems between each mode of geriatric nursing and healthy aging in China，and combined with the implementation effect of the current policy to reflect and prospect the future development of geriatric nursing and healthy aging.

摘要  从我国人口老龄化现状、老年机构现状、老年专科护士发展现状及我国老年护理模式现状4个方面进行描述，分析我国老年护理各个模式与健康老龄化之间存在的问题，结合现行政策的实施效果，对老年护理与健康老龄化的未来发展进行思考与展望。（剩余16804字）
