Construction and application of early grading activity program for patients with neurological severe aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation

Abstract  Objective:To establish the early grading activity program for patients with neurological severe aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation,and to verify its clinical effect.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to the neurosurgical care unit of a tertiary grade A hospital in Wuhan city from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group.Patients in control group received routine nursing after operation.A total of 106 patients treated from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the intervention group.In the intervention group,the early postoperative activity grading,evaluation and exercise program of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were developed based on evidence⁃based methods.The incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis,length of mechanical ventilation,score of daily living ability at discharge and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis,mechanical ventilation duration,daily living ability score at discharge and length of hospital stay of patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and no adverse events occurred during the implementation of the early grading program.Conclusions:The early grading activity program for patients with neurological severe aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation was feasible,and it could effectively promote the recovery of patients with neurological severe subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation.
