Application of One-on-One Teacher-assisted Tutoring in the Teaching of Breast Endoscopic Surgery

Abstract： Objectie The reverse-sequence endoscopic subcutaneous gland excision surgery is a surgical method proposed and widely promoted in recent years，as it achieves good cosmetic results with no surgical scars on the breast，gaining widespread recognition among breast surgeons. This study aims to explore the teaching mode for endoscopic breast surgery. Methods From December 2O23 to March 2O24，1O surgeons with experience in breast surgery were selected as trainees and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，with 5 trainees in each. The experimental group received one-on-one teaching and assistance from instructors with experience in breast endoscopic surgery，while the control group conducted the surgery independently through exploration. Results Firstly，a reliable team of instructors was established， consisting of teachers who possss independent endoscopic breast surgery skills. They provided guidance and teaching to the experimental group，while the trainees in the control group conducted the surgeries through self-exploration. A comparison between the two groups showed that the skin damage rate and the rate of incomplete surgery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P< 0.05）.Additionally，the rates of implant exposure and loss in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group （ P<0.05 ）.A comparative assessment of postoperative cosmetic results revealed that the scores for the experimental group were significantly higher than those for the control group （ P<0.05 ）. All 5 doctors in the experimental group received certification to independently perform surgeries， whereas only 1 doctor in the control group obtained such certification. Conclusion One-on-one teacherassisted teaching is a suitable teaching mode for reverse-sequence endoscopic subcutaneous gland excision surgery，which will help cultivate more talents in endoscopic breast surgery.

在全球范围内，乳腺癌已经取代肺癌成为发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，而死亡率位于肺癌、结直肠癌和肝癌之后位居人类恶性肿瘤第4位，在中国，乳腺癌发病率位居恶性肿瘤第5位，死亡率位于恶性肿瘤的第7位，我国的乳腺癌的发病率与死亡率和全球存在较大差异[2-3]。（剩余8463字）
