Innovative Explorationsin Pharmaceutical Talent Cultivation in theNew Era -Taking“Modern Instrumental Analysis" asanExample

Abstract:Against the backdrop of intensifying global competition in pharmaceutical technology and the deepening implementation of the“Healthy China” strategy,the cultivation of advanced pharmaceutical talents is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.However,traditional pharmaceutical education sufrs from several limitations,includinga singular disciplinary system with insuficient interdisciplinary integration,an overemphasis on theory at the expense of practical skils and innovative capacity,and rigid training models lacking distinctive features. These shortcomings make it diffcult to meet the demands of moder pharmaceutical talent cultivation aligned with national strategic needs.Based on the disciplinary features of comprehensive university,taking the class teaching of“Modern Instrumental Analysis”as an example,a novel three-in-one method for cultivating the talents,maily characterized by“interdisciplinary integration,practical capability enhancement,and expansion of global vision”,was proposed to particularly explores innovative approaches for cultivating advanced pharmaceutical talents in the new era.The results demonstrated that this mode helps students construct a systematic knowledge framework,strengthens their theoretical confidence and innovative spirit,and fosters their scientific research awareness.It also holds significant implications for the cultivation of advanced pharmaceutical talents in comprehensiveuniversities and provides theoretical references and practical guidance for nurturing innovative pharmaceutical talents in China.
